The UDT-1500 can test up to 15 vessels simultaneously in its standard configuration. The two-speed zone feature, which provides different stirring rates, allows for using two methods in the same test. This function significantly enhances efficiency. Three vessels in the center row serve as blank, standard, and media replacements. With other apparatuses such as mini vessels, immersion cells, and intrinsic dissolutions, the UDT-1500 can handle a wide range of dosage forms. 

The design of 15 vessels in one unit saves floor space while also lowering operating, maintenance, and calibration costs significantly. The UDT-1500 performs highly accurate and dependable testing, resulting in long-term cost savings.

Logan’s unique dual vessel covers design prevents evaporation. With an infrared camera recording system, the dissolution can be monitored throughout the testing procedure, even in a dark environment. Samples can be pre-loaded into a tablet dropping tray and dropped simultaneously. For different time-point testing, the tablet dropping tray can be divided into two separate trays. Each vessel's temperature sensor examines and records temperature individually. All these features are designed to ensure the validity of the dissolution tests. 

The UDT-1500 offers a variety of options for connecting to an autosampler for offline analysis or UV devices, HPLC devices, and fiberoptic for online analysis. The remote system can monitor test status on mobiles. This enables you to check anytime you would like to. The UDT-1500 complies with FDA 21 CFR Part 11 requirements.
